Adina Săniuță
Adina holds a PhD in Marketing and is a university lecturer at the Faculty of Management, SNSPA, where she also coordinates the Master's program in Management and Digital Innovation. Additionally, she serves as the President of the faculty's Advisory Board. Beyond her academic role, Adina possesses vast entrepreneurial and marketing experience, gained in both national and multinational companies.
Adnana Popa
Adnana is the co-founder of Velocità, a premium gelateria that has become a landmark on Bucharest’s Calea Victoriei, and founder of Sago Finance, a strategic advisory firm specializing in alternative investments.
With a background in banking, Adnana transitioned into entrepreneurship, embracing the challenges and setbacks along the way. She had a vision in 2019 to bring a premium gelato experience to Bucharest’s historic Calea Victoriei. Launched during the challenging times of the pandemic in 2020, Velocità quickly became synonymous with quality and innovation, expanding to eight locations within a short span. Adnana’s hands-on approach, from perfecting the product to scaling operations, reflects her deep commitment to building a brand that resonates with her clientele.
Răzvan Costache
Răzvan serves as Director of Innovation for Bitdefender’s Consumer Division (B2C), leading product development and digital transformation initiatives since joining the company over 13 years ago.
A former journalist turned tech professional, Razvan combines communication expertise with technical acumen to pioneer AI-driven cybersecurity solutions like Scamio, Bitdefender’s advanced scam detection system. His work focuses on countering emerging threats through machine learning and behavioral analysis, helping position Bitdefender as a global leader in consumer protection.
As a member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance Advisory Board, Razvan contributes to international fraud prevention strategies while advocating for Romania’s transition from tech outsourcing to product innovation leadership. He emphasizes talent development through Bitdefender’s internal training programs, addressing skill gaps in specialized fields like AI security.
